Unhappy with head office

I trust this bank with my money my life but what I don't understand is that they are not responsible for keeping my money save still money go off they can't reverse it because is a mandate debit which I don't know of I never approve it on my app R4092.60 then R1000 and the R660 I got refunded what more can I aexpect
