Unhappy with FNB / SDK attorneys

I have paid my business account on the 21st July through SDK attorneys. On the 25th August I went to reactivate it my account that was needed somewhere urgently. I was told that SDK has not send them email that i paid. I showed them the proof of payment but still i did not get help because of an incompetant lawyers who were supposed to send email within 2 days I paid. I dont understand why FNB is still keeping the lawyers that dont do their job
