Unhappy with FNB online App and Communication

Good Day,

Apply for a personal loan on the FNB online app sucks. I app**** on Saturday and it was preapproved. There is no follow-ups or queries from the consultants handling the application. The loan get pending declined. There needs to be a better communication system instead of the client constantly sending messages to follow up on the loan. Very disappointed with the service.
