Unhappy with FNB Life

FNB Life hasn't paid my revolving loan. Today is the 5th March and no payment as yet. I called them last week Friday and it showed no payment for my revolving loan. They were going to escalate it to the assessors. A lady from FNB Life called me on Monday and she told me that she was going to escalate it to IT department and it should take 2 days for them to pay. I sent them an affidavit on the 10th February and on the 12th February I received an SMS saying it was approved. I am so disappointed in the service I am receiving.
