Unhappy with Fnb ***** department

Disappointed I have been a loyal Fnb client and account holder for more than 16 years but the service I’m getting isn’t great my account has been blocked for more than 30 days for suspicion of phishing and ***** but to date no investigator has called me in regards to it I’m the one doing the follow up I have written emails and gotten references but still no consultant is able unblock help me I am behind with my bond and loans and accounts there is no remarks or information of how far or if there is an investigation with my matter at hand my fear is if this continues I might even end up loosing my home because my salary is in Fnb frozen I can’t pay for anything and going deeper into debt because of Fnb…….
