Unhappy with FNB Business callcentre

Someone please tell me which bank actually treats people with respect. I've spent 3days calling FNB to get a hold they put on my account removed. I've been transferred more than 20 times and every consultant I speak to tells me something different. I'm so aggrieved and miserable I don't even know what to do. They don't even have the decency to call back when you get cut off. It's painful. I even when to one of their branches and spent almost 2hours, that experience was worse cause they didn't even know how to assist me.
