Unhappy with FNB

For the past two months I have been trying to settle my check and credit card accounts with FNB. I have the money, I just need somone from FNB help me settle my accounts. I've made numerous calls to FNB and sent countless emails, despite all of this instill have not been assisted. They keep sending me from one consultant to the other.
