Unhappy stress out client

Hi am highly dispointed in the lack of feedback no one comes back with feedback.

Mid Jan i did a claim on my bond because i am not working i am on Mat leave the claim was paid out and i was informed it will cover 2 instalments which is feb and March.

In the same time i requested a assistance for a 2 month holiday plan and for april and May the agent advise she can she the credit amout from the insurance i cam request that that is paid into my bnk acc den i will be able to tranfer da funds for feb and March den apply for the payment holiday. The prepaid agent advise only a 2900 can be transfer as the insurance payment is nt due to me and i am still required to pay feb and march. I logged a complain and a agent with the name of Adrian advise he will follow up and provide feedback because i have been given the run around from one departmeny to another... I need to understand where the funds is and why shud i apply 4 a 4 month holiday if i could apply 4 a 2 month holiday...what is the use i esclated the claim to payout and its not considerd as a payment. This has been a very unpleasant time as i need yo get feedback and i am not
