Unhappy soul with fnb department

I'm not happy at all with fnb, I have in and out of the bank like crazy. Nedbank put a hold on my fnb acc them on their side sorted their client account its clean his running his business as normal me i can't use my funds I we to nedbank branch with the person who paid money in my account to be kept on hold... they were rude those ladies from nedbank in eastgate branch not willingly to assist... we came to fnb at least Thulani business he trying all his best to assist us but we not winning because of nedbank department....

My questions is nedbank investigator done his job their client is happy our fnb investigator whats your duety what are you investigating you still holding my funds in my acc I'm sure you think me and you we worked together to make those funds right.... you are not doing anything please sort this mess I'm willingly to leave fnb close all my account I never experience this cold hearted treatment from ***** department of fnb
