Unhappy new client

Very unhappy about my service with FNB so far...

I opened an account with FNB about 3 weeks ago. When the card was delivered the guy told me that they don't need my POR anymore, only my ID - so he took a photo of it.

About 2 weeks after that I wanted to swipe the card in a shop and it was declined. I had to phone FNB (according to the website, they try to contact you 3 times) and ask why I was not able to use the card. They then informed me that there is a hold on my account because I did not provide POR.

I then emailed them immediately and they responded 3 DAYS later that they also need my ID? 3 days...

I phoned in 3 times today already and waited 10 minutes for someone to assist... I eventually had to cut the call.

FNB, a debit will be running on this account on Friday, the 21st of Dec and I need this to be sorted before then.

Reviewer Update
Thanks to Stanley Seconds from the FNB George Branch that assisted me with the above within minutes. The copy of my ID did not even reflect on the online system after this was sent on the 13/12/2018 to the KYC email address. Not all of us have the time to go into a branch or wait on a line for 10-15 minutes to be assisted. Service is the most important thing FNB. Please give Stanley Seconds a raise.
