Unhappy home loan Client
I’m not happy with FNB’s procedure for renewing RICA. I have a home loan with the bank and have been faithfully paying it for more than 2 years. If the bank needs documents for their compliance why don’t they make it possible to submit electronically or arrange for collections. Why does it have to be at my expense? Now I’m being threatened that my account will be deactivated until I bring whatever documents they need to the bank. It’s really unacceptable inconveniences.
