Unhappy FNB private client

I had a terrible experience with FNB. Since I joined FNB a few years ago. I have never received proper assistance from my private banker. Even when I was doing overseas travel I was still expected to go to a branch.

New issue.... I have been trying to close my accounts for more than a month and they keep telling me someone will call me before 48 hours is up but no one calls. This is the third time that I am calling them. Still empty promises.
