Unhappy FNB customer: Bad service

Really disappointed in Fnb. Have been struggling for months just to get paid up letters so that my Name can be cleared. Myself and Debt Rescue have been following up but no one is assisting. If this is the way they treat their customers then I don't see how I would like to be part of this bank and the service they provide. Your urgent assistance is required to clear my Name!
