Unhappy FNB customer

So dissapointed in FNB. I have tried to dispute a payment made on my Gold account and I have been sent from one department to the next with no resolution. For all i know it could be a ***** incident but no one was even able to assist me. I was transferred without even finishing my statement on the nature of the call. Really bad customer experience
