Unhappy FNB clients

I am very unhappy with FNB and have tried getting help but to no avail. I opened an Aspire current with FNB on the 14th of May which I'm happy about. But realized that FNB did an enquiry on my credit report as if I was trying to apply for a loan or something now my credit score went down by 36 points because of the hard enquiry. I have tried getting it removed but no one is helping me. I want it removed because I am working very hard to get my credit score to increase but now this. FNB can you please remove that enquiry on my credit report please. I have emailed so many times but no help.
