Unhappy FNB client

I was told that my account is been investigated for ***** and Beverly Nukeri is handling the case since 10/01/24 up until today I've been in and out of Fnb trying to find out what's happening with the account but with no success. Beverly Nukeri is no where to be found and Fnb says there's nothing they can do I should wait for Beverly Nukeri, Can someone assist me please I don't know what's happening with FNB.
