unhappy FNB client

most unhappy FNB client, been with them for 25 years and counting .... i get a ***** transaction on my cheque account for R 22 923 and when i query this they say it can take 7 to 30 days to resolve, no feedback whatsoever and when i call the ***** line i am on hold for 18 minutes and counting ...........
