Unhappy FNB client

I had a problem with my account 3 weeks ago, I had to come here and report them in order to get it fixed, after I reported them here the following morning the account was fixed. Now again on the the same account I have funds transferred there this morning but until now the funds haven't been cleared and its FNB to FNB, and the company that transferred these funds, its the company that pays me every month, I wonder why their system doesn't clear the funds, or maybe its the sign that I must move to another bank now.
