FNB is failing to provide proof of payment to Nedbank as FNB have manage to recover funds that ws transferred to FNB from Nedbank on 17 January 2025 Nedbank informed me that FNB has mange to recover the funds on 3 September 2025 until today 22 September 2025 I have received any funds when I do a follow up with nedbank I'm bringing told there still waiting for FNB to send proof of payment before they can credit my account with the funds so FNB what's taking u for ever to just send proof of payment to Nedbank this case has been going on for far to long now 9 months FNB please send Nedbank proof of payment please so I can get my funds 140k please

We can confirm that ***** have done another escalation to FNB today and will advise once the proof of payment has been received from FNB. As from 3 September 2025 Nedbank keep on tell me that they wait for proof of payment from FNB today 15 September FNB please what take so long because u have informed Nedbank that u have recovered the funds on the 3 September dear lord this bank

As previously advised, we are reliant on an external bank, whom we have no control over.
We have escalated the matter; however we would need to wait until the process the refund.
FNB please please been waiting 3 weeks now as from 3 September 2025 I think it's time to expose FNB on all social media this is not fair y u hold the funds because Nedbank has informed me that u have recovered it
