UNHAPPY CUSTOMER REGARDING FNB PENSION BACKED LOAN APPLICATION

Good Day,

I am very unhappy with the service I received from FNB Loans (pension-backed loans). I have submitted everything that was required; however, I was declined. FNB cannot provide me with a sufficient reason as to why my loan was declined. According to me, I have a clear profile with no judgments or defaulting accounts. The lady who was assisting me was not helpful at all, I am a client of Fnb for the past 14years and have so many different accounts and policies with Fnb, I feel like moving all of my accounts to a different bank, as fnb does not value me. I will also be reporting this to the ombudsman. I would really appreciate if someone would urgently call me to get this matter resolved ***
