Unhappy Customer - Ready to switch banks by Friday 11:45am, 28 August 2020 if my money is not returned

I've been banking with FNB for a few years now, I really enjoyed the service but here I am in 2020, I won't say the same. There's one debit order that I've been trying to stop the whole year and today I just saw R1200 Pmt Honfee deduction. Kindly please do something,
