Unhappy customer-Home loan/Quicksell

Very disappointed with FNB, we have been paying our home loan without fail since 2021 however we had a situation which we needed to sell our home and they advised to enroll us on the Quicksell program for a possibly fast sale and they advised we can cancel the mandate at anytime during the 90 days. well fast forward we received an offer and accepted it, due to unforeseen circumstances we went back to query about cancellations and they advised to talk to our agent and we will incur some fees for wasted time, which we did but later received emails from transferring attorneys. While waiting for feedback from our agent we called the attorneys who advised that we cannot back out of the sale at this stage due to contract in place then we accepted to proceed with the sale. unfortunately when we went back to the agent he told us they already found another property for the buyer so we technically "have no buyer anymore". We advised FNB that we will continue with Quick sell but we lost the current buyer of which we were told no we will be removed from the program because we "pulled out of the deal" but at the same time we will still be charged fees for that deal for "wasted time" and also still continue paying our bond. This seems very unfair to us because we are losing on all sides financially without the bank offering any consideration to us.
