UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - FNB

I am absolutely FUMING!!

I app**** for a temporary load on Saturday the 15th of February, and it is now the 18th of February and the loan got taken off immediately.

Literally 3 DAYS AFTER APPLYING!!!

I then tried to call in and lay a complaint and got transferred to different departments wasting my time and airtime.

If this is not refunded to me I will be closing my account with FNB and will NEVER recommend them again!

I am normally a proud FNB user and even use the SIM service but this is Ridiculous!
