Unhappy customer

Yesterday 1000 finished from my account without a trace no notification, no trace of where it went it just disappeared, I went to secure chat hoping that I will get help, now I am even more frustrated than I was when my money disappeared, I didn't get the help I was hoping for ,insisted I am was shown transactions of which I know of ,nor what I was looking for ,how can money vanish without a trace?
