Unhappy customer
In the FNB app they have your networth which show if you've taken loans and how much you owe which is inaccurate because they don't seem to update their system. They also calculate how much you take with which I don't even know how they do their calculations and you can't even update your salary,your expenses and how much you left with bc fnb does it for you with wrong figures.

21 Sept 2024, 12:39I will be waiting for a call. I tried calling last week but the line didn't go through at all. Please update my credit score I've paid Finchoice I have a paid up letter. I'm not in areas with Truworths and the calculations are off. If you guys are so quick to go into a person's credit please make sure to keep it up-to-date.
