Unhappy customer

So i app**** for a switch loan on the 21 st Nove accepted the debi mandate it stated the loan is approved so its been 2days later and still no payout as it the mesage funds will be deposited once bank account number is verivied....i tried calling your call cnter with no luck... Normally there is never a delay in these transaction.... My concern is that debit oders will go off from my bank account as i accepted the mandate
