Unhappy Customer

I thought by buying TaxTim with my linked credit card, I'll be getting 50% back in Ebucks. I've made used of the service on the 24 July 2023 and to date I haven't received it back? When I've questioned it with TaxTim on the 24 August 2023 this was their response "The eBucks should only be allocated to your account by FNB in a month or two, as long as you paid us with the card linked to your eBucks rewards" Please advise
