Unhappy customer
I don't understand the FNB procedure when they want your money they call you but you be able to get hold of them then when you need their help they won't call you if your call cuts while speaking to them .I have been trying to get assistance regarding my account as I see unknown transactions on my account but a rude lady by the name of Simisho didn't even bother to get back to me as she could hear this is a serious matter and on top of that she is rude.What procedure needs to be followed?Really don't understand how FNB operates

03 Sept 2024, 11:17I am unhappy with the apology because she has the nerve to tell me she didn't have my details when in actually fact she had already verified my details.She doesn't deserve to be working with customers because she doesn't have people skills 😞.As from today please assign only person to deal with my account because I am disappointed in your agents.One spoiled potato spoils all the potatoes.
