Unhappy customer

Transferred R 2 000 to an active credit card account. I am unable to access that account as its format so the money cannot be transferred out that account. Went to Brackenhurst Mall FNB to seek assistance to no avail. Called the FNB Credit card division and logged a request to be assistance still to date nothing has been done.
