UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I made inquiries with the FNB Savannah Branch in Polokwane and i was told that i have the below loans that i don't even have idea of

Provide paid-up letters and Clearance Certificate for the first loan amount of R14,225.63. Provide paid-up letters and Clearance Certificate for the second loan amount of R14,444.27. I have paid my outstanding loan and credit card and i was issued the Clerance certificate for both however i cant find them as they were sent on my previous work email address and i forgot to print them upon the resignation. The time they were calling me i was never told about the above loans so why are they appearing on my profile ?Please investigate and provide feedback
