Unhappy customer

Been banking with FNB now for 10 years. My monthly account fee is R500 every Month. I have a loan with them which I pay every month. My salary is paid in a few hours late and n get unpaid fees and shows bad on my bank statements. I have just been a good client. I am definitely moving to a different bank as soon as I can.
