Unhappy Customer

Good morning again am still unhappy with the service FNB is giving me they said they will refund my money I only got half of the amount they owe me and they say they have refunded my account showery they is someone responsible in the ***** department they should just calculate the amount on the statement with the transactions that happened on my account and it seems these people are failing to do a simple thing like that on there chat line its not helpful at all cause all the time i ask about my case am being sent to different people they are quick to dismiss me when am still waiting for an answer what happened to customer care FNB can someone please tell me when am I getting my money it's now taking a month to solve a ***** case I am going to have to go and see your higher boss about this I got all the names of the people I was chatting with on the online chat am now sick of the this.
