Unhappy customer

I have spoken to different consultants regarding my FNB claim. ANTONAY AND NOZI Nozi advised no TLs on the floor they all in a meeting. I again called and spoke to NOZI AND STILL NO TL. I AM FOLLOWING UP ON MY CLAIM AND WANT TO KNOW INFORMATION FROM THE ASSESSOR. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 14 DAYS. I WANT TO SPEAK TO TL OR ASSESSOR
