Unhappy customer

I don't appreciate how FnB can give consent to a third party to access my account and funds without confirming with me prior. They hardly put the customer first. National Debt Advisors was able to affect my account without confirmation, how? Surely this can't be ok? Months ago, money was deducted from my account while I was on the Covid19 relief fund - it is still yet to be reimbursed. It's concerning that an organization of this magnitude can treat its consumers in this manner. The "how can we help you" slogan seems amiss.

Thanks for the email you sent, however a solution hasn't been provided for me. What do you do on your side to ensure clients don't fall into this?

Before taking action instructed by a third party do you not contact the account holder to check if this is something they approved?

Now I am highly inconvenienced because you assumed that I approved this? How are you going to assist me?

If you're a decent and responsible corporate organization whose mandate it is to help people then surely you would exercise some empathy and do just that. You would assist me with great speed. And not give me false hope and send an email that only places you in the right.
