Bad service I settle my Personal loan account last month and requested the account to be closed The agent I chatted initially told me the account will be closed automatically yet a debit order was deducted I chatted to one of your agents who is never able to assist who leaves me to be logging hello Peter complain my funds was refunded in my bank and I was advise the account will closed , yet today another transaction of R324 went off from my account like why then I try chatting to one of your agents om da app he transferred its about 20 min still no one came back chatting to me leaving me logging another call
