Unhappy customer

I received a text saying that I have been rejected for a personal loan, I did not apply for a personal loan. Spoke to a lady who called me today about opening an account for an investment plan and I told her I don't need it just yet, so I asked to check for me how was the loan requested, who has requested it on my behalf, this might have messed up my score and any future request for credit on my bank I am certainly not happy at all.
