Unhappy Customer

My Name is Renato, I've been a Premium FNB client since I joined you guys many years ago..so my issue I have is that I called Law on Call on the 3rd August 2020 at 9:48 and spoke for almost 4:00 to cancel this service because I have no use for it. Next thing is see they debt my account a month, so I phone them to ask what going on, the say that my account is still active with them and that there is no record of my call with them, the only record they have on the system is a call I made in June to them. So I have proof on my call history of every call I made to them and how long I spoke, so clearly not all calls are recorded as claimed. I want my money debt'd back in my account and any cost that his been incurred refunded..
