Unhappy customer

I am a very disappointed customer, for the reason that I was charged R305 on my savings account for insufficient funds. As per FNB unsuccessful transactions fees are R8.50 per transaction. I really need someone to look into this matter because the poor service we receive in the branches is just has bad has this charges. My contact details is ***
