Unhappy clients

Iam not happy with how fnb handled things, it all started by telling me that absa contact them that there are funds I transfered from my absa account to fnb Account and that the funds are *****, so fnb asked me to give them a reason about R4000 I have received and provide proof I did all that and the only feedback I got is the email stating hat the relationship between me and fnb ends, without investigate, and It pity because I have just accepted the transactions from the abroad funds I didn't get my money they closed my account,

And I also want them to tell me why they closed my fnb account while absa account who gave them instructions is operating , My absa is working but fnb they closed account, fnb doesn't care about clients all you care about is your reputation
