UNHAPPY CLIENT - UNKNOWN NUMBER ON A MANDATE

I got an email stating my mandate for a number was approved but have no clue what this number is. I have sent 2 emails and no response has been forthcoming

I cancelled a contract with someone telephonically for a different number What is going on at FNB?
