Unhappy client 😔😞😒🙁😩😠

Good morning! I am writing this with great disappointment. When I opened my premier cheque Acc at FNB I was told I was going to pay R100 something,I can’t recall exactly how much I was paying for monthly fee which is exactly what I was paying and I was completely okay with that but It came to my surprise this year to realise that I was now paying R229 for monthly service fee which I honestly don’t understand why that much. Moving forward. A year ago one of your consultant in Sandton branch sold a life cover for me and had explained that premiums on that cover will increase yearly which I understood and agreed on however when she sold this law cover, I feel that I was given false information regarding the fact that premiums will remain the same and I will be able to access a lawyer in times of need but I’m only realising that this cover says law on call plan this gets me so confused. I was paying R99 on this one and now I will be paying R115 this stresses me as I’ve lost my job and have been loyal and have been keeping up with payment on my covers so now when there’s increase in everything 🤔🤔it concerns me. I haven’t been able to receive any help regarding this law on call plan as it has debited twice this month and I have disputed this but nothing has happened.
