Unhappy client

Once again I writing about this bank honestly I'm beyond anger. I lodged a complain that I made a immediate transaction to my Standard bank okay I was told my case is clear and an email was sent that money was paid and cleared on the 6th December well I went to the bank on Monday they said it will be clear after 7 working days tomorrow is day 7 I doubt I will have my money in my bank honestly i'm going leave this bank with 2024
