UNHAPPY CLIENT

I have an account with FNB for 2 years now and have recently been receiving " DECLINED PURCH TRA 457896*4923 17 AUG" on my account and there is no reason for these. Each time I am having R8 deducted from my account for no reason. When I contact the call center they say that they cannot assist me. There were funds in my account when these notifications went off and there is absolutely no reason why I should be getting these messsages. Seriously considering changing banks now.
