Unhappy client

I app**** for the cash flow relief. It has been approved. I am receiving messages daily about the approval. FNB still debits me in the 1ST August. I get a refund of the 1 account installment yesterday after numerous calls and emails to my banker and his manager. I am still yet to receive the refund for the other account. When will this be sorted out?
