Unhappy client

It's been 3 weeks now I've been told my case will be sorted in 24 hours time, however I kept my cool and just told myself let me allow them to do their work. Till now I've not received any communication from them and I was given a person line by a lady her name is Koketso Mahlabane from the ********** line,now she is difficult to reach and I need the cash as theirs predicament needs my attention and financially most vital.
