Unhappy Client

I am so broken and dissapointed with there services.they blocked my account and don't even bother to call me and explain what is the issue...in the account I have R300 how can you cancel my bank account while there is still have money...There is money I received and been withdrwan immediately that I do not know Off since this Account they says its Canceled on messages I received.
