Unhappy client 😑 😒 😪

Please help sort out this thing out I've went to Fnb for serval times so I can get help regarding my issue, I took an overdraft before covid , I went with a letter to show them I got retrenched I wasn't helped. I tried paying but I noticed instead of my credit decreasing it kept going up , I called i was then told they charing me monthly fees but I asked how cause I'm not using the account since 2019. Fine I spoke to Betty one of the consultant to arrange payment, she promised to send banking details via email that I will need to send money till today she hasn't sent anything. Our arrangement was im going to pay R700 a month . my credit keeps on going up from R3000 to R5000 now ..how do I sort this out ?

Consultant will call then hang up , that's being added up to my bill for what I don't know ..

I'm really disappointed in all this 😞 I've paid an amount of R1700 yet it seems like It's all donated .

Please someone help me with this cause its messing with my credit score now...
