Unhappy client

On the 28th I completed a dispute form and send it back to FNB only to be told I will get my R3699 after 7 to 14 days which to me is bad service. Why must I wait for a full month to get funds back to my account? FNB just need to check my dispute form as it is signed with my details and work on it unless they don't have enough staff.
