Unhappy client

I'm an unhappy client on the 8 August this year I communicated with my private wealth acc Hassem zaahid to help me close up my private wealth acc because I don't want any negative on it.... My private wealth acc it's still active... Unfortunately I won't pay the negative that's on my acc if I pay it will be the second time I paid before I closed it the was a negative and I was advised to pay before closing and I did that .... Please advise
