Unhappy client.

I honestly don't understand why I need to wait 7days to access my money especially for an emergency fnb is honestly a useless bank who isnt there a facility for emergency access I need my money yet I'm being told bull**** what a useless bank. And when asked the consultant to call apparently not even investments can do **** all about it why the hell must I be offered an option of an overdraft when I have money my money and why the hell was this not explained to me when I opened this 7day ****en useless account.
